Accounts

Payments and Access
Fees for courses are stated at checkout. Taxes may apply. Access to self-paced courses is granted upon confirmation of payment. Access to live cohorts is granted before the cohort start date and includes replays for a limited time.
Cancellations and Refunds
For self-paced courses, you may request a refund within 14 days if content was not a fit. For live cohorts, you may cancel before the first live session. Certain bundles or promotions may include additional terms shown at purchase.
Acceptable Use
- • Do not share account access or redistribute content without permission.
- • Do not attempt to breach, test, or bypass security measures.
- • Do not use the services for unlawful activities.
Intellectual Property
All content provided through the services remains the property of BigGate Recall or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use.
